Las Vegas Monorail partners with NXP Semiconductors to offer Monorail fare on CES Badges 15. December 2016

If you’ve registered for CES 2017 already, you received an email in your inbox with a unique link to do something that’s never been offered before.

The Las Vegas Monorail is partnering with technology innovator NXP Semiconductors to offer attendees of CES, to be held in Las Vegas January 5-8, 2017, the ability to integrate their fare with their registration badge. When attendees purchase Monorail passes using that link they received, NXP will embed the fare into attendees’ MIFARE^® DESFire^® EV2 based registration badges with the help of event solution provider ITN International. All it takes is a tap with the badge at a fare gate and you can take your ride. More details will follow, stay tuned!
