    My mfp EV2 is personalised in SL1 currently. I would like to switch to mixedmode SL1SL3. I have tried to authenticate the card with card master key successfully. But when i try to send write command (A1 or A0) to the card, it return 06 (Access condition not fullfilled). May I know what is the actual causes?

    Updating on the personalization flow as below:
    ACTIVATE_14443_4_COMMAND
    First Authentication to Card 70009000
    Second Authentication 72xxxxxxx
    Write command
