Sample program for SAM configuration when using MIFARE SAM AV2

I have two different questions in mind even though the topic refer one question.
1. Where can I order MIFARE SAM AV2 pieces
2. Where can I find a sample program for SAM authentication and other relevant codes required in developing a program to read and write to DESFire ev2 card?
