SAM AV1 Key injection process

Hi,

I am new to this topic. I want to maintain a special SAM as a master SAM and another SAM as a slave SAM. Master SAM can do host authenticate with the slave SAM. After that I want to do key injection process. It means after authentication Master SAM has to inject the new key's into slave SAM. Authentication process is done. But in key injection process I received 69h and 82h. Before set the parameters into ISO structure I did encryption using Master SAM. What is the wrong here?? Can I do this process using two SAM's?? Are there any tool to do this SAM personalization process.
