Read File from Mifare Desfire

I try to read File from Desfire Card:

-Get UID: request : FF CA 00 00 00
response: 04 22 21 5A 2A 46 80 90 00

-Get application ID's:request: 90 6A 00 00 00
response: 40-85-F5-A0-75-F4-91-00

-Select Appli : request: 90 5A 00 00 03 40 85 F5 00
response: 91-00 (OK)

-Get File ID: request: 90 6F 00 00 00
response: 01-91-00 (OK)

-Read File 01: request: 90 BD 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 06 00 00 00
response: 91-7E (Length of command string invalid)

Something is wrong in the last command..
