Desfire Authentication result

I try to authenticate using default key,
All is correct, but I have a random error:

WHen I send 90 0A 00 00 01 00 00,
I wait for 8 bytes(correct),but sometimes I receive only 7 or 7 and half..

And it is the same problem with Authenticate part 2 (90 af 00 00 10 xx xx...)
->sometimes 8bytes (correct),but sometimes 7 or 7 and half.

I don't know why.

My reader is "ACS ACR 122".
