Best solution to write cards for access control system

I am trying to find the most cost effective solution to write a unique ID to some Mifare Plus S 2k cards.

I have a Geovision Access control system, which supports several flavors of Mifare, but the 100 pack of cards I have seem to all have some identical manufacturers code written to them.

The Geovision system has no option to write cards, so I am looking for a USB writer, and software (not just SDK), to write all these cards with an AES key.
