Hi Ilya,
I only know about MIFARE Ultralight, Classic and DESFire as NDEF tag. For this we have application notes how to describe how to prepare the card for a NDEF tag:
AN1303 - MIFARE Ultralight as Type 2 Tag
AN1304 - NFC Type MIFARE Classic Tag Operation
AN1305 - MIFARE Classic as NFC Type MIFARE Classic Tag
You can configure the MIFARE Plus in SL1, which is the “MIFARE Classic” mode. Now the preparation for a Classic as NDEF should work.
