Hi Dave

  1. No. The extra SIM slot is usually not available as public interface and is not supported for programming purposes. It is used only for telecom providers as second source.

  2. No. It exists SIM card USB readers (e.g.: OMNIKEY 6121 USB Reader) and in very early releases of TapLinx this was an option. But you need always the manufacturer driver software for using this reader. The combination reader driver and TapLinx offers a bunch of possible issues. It is not supported by TapLinx.
