Hi Cashless,
I have checked and I can access to an NTag213 without any issues (I use the same command like you). Did you use the latest TapLinx version 1.3?
If this issue still occurs, I make a bug report to the development team. I need the Android version and the device (manufacturer etc.) to try to reproduce the issue.
