Hi Jaydevsinh,
The default setting for a blank DESFire EV1 is:
Key: 00…00 (all bits zero)
Version: 0
Cipher: 3DES
The only application available is “000000”. But you cannot create file in this application. You have to create always a new application for your files. You can create new applications with a new PICC. In the personalization process you will set a new Master Key and you can protect the PICC for later changes. Please have a look to this post:
