In August 2013, MIND science park which is located in Chengdu, West of China was built and started production on 20000square meters of space with 6 advanced production lines, including Germany Heidelberg 4 color offset printers, IC chip automatic embedding machines, RFID antenna embedding machines, Germany Muehlbauer RFID inlay packaging machines, RFID label compounding machines, Grading lamination machines, High-speed pouch machines, Epoxy machines, Magnetic stripe lamination machines.

Also MIND set up its Testing Lab with a full set of testing equipment including Voyantic Tagformance Pro Measurement System, Spectrum analyzer, Life tester, and Bending machine. MIND is the first manufacturer to implement the order management system, which strictly follows the ISO quality control standards. By using this quality system, every production process, every order status, defect, and inventory can be strictly controlled and traced.

MIND is committed to the common growth of employees and the company for years, we now have more than 300 employees, of which more than 40% are technicians.
Among them, 1 / 5 have worked in the company for more than 20 years, 1 / 3 have worked for more than 10 years, and 1 / 5 have worked for more than 5 years, 22 quality control management personnel and 15 designers.

At present, MIND has obtained more than 10 patents for RFID smart cards and over 30 copies of software copyright certificates.
