Hello, we are a company that deals with access control systems. Now we are trying to develop
our own Mifare Plus reader. Based on the collected information we came to the conclusion that
in development we have 2 options:
    1. PNEV512B + LPCXpresso LPC1769 + LPCXpresso IDE
Using NXP Reader Library(ExportControlled) to program LPC1769
2 PN7462AU Customer Demo Board + LPCXpresso IDE
Also NXP Reader Library(ExportControlled) to program LPC1769

Looking at this document: UM10883 PN7462AU Quick Start Guide - Customer
Board, I see that the board itself PN7462AU Customer Demo Board includes
LPCXpresso with LPC1769. The question is why? I thought that the main idea of
PN7462AU is that there are united controller LPC and frontend, so All the logic is programmed in PN7462AU.
In other words I seee that there are two LPC controllers in PN7462AU Customer Demo Board. What for?
Is it possible to explain in general terms the development process for each of 2 variants?

    Hi Anatoliy,

The PN7462 evaluation board is designed to give all options. That means we have also added the option to add a bigger µC to evaluate a full system if a bigger µC is needed, for whatever reason. We also added this to give our customers one hardware to test the host interface implementation so we decided to add the option of plugging a LPCXpresso.

    Kind regards,
    The MIFARE Team
