NPX Mad Structure

    Hello I am new to RFID, and have previous only worked on Mag Swipe, we have a supplier who as part of their door software allows us to put a numbers in to a sector on our RFID Cards,

    However they have just said its NPX MAD structure and given us the public key. Is there any code that already exists that we can add to our windows application to read the info on the card.
