Mifare PlusS, Pegoda Reader, AES Keys

Can someone give me an example using the Pegoda and RFID software of how to have multiple AES keys. For example, I would like to have an AES 128 key for read and a separate key for writing.

I have the NDA documents but I still cannot get my head around the concept.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

Usually you deal with a keystore (hardware or software). For instance the SAM AV2 is also a hardware keystore. If you use the Pegoda reader together with RFIDdiscover you have a build-in software keystore. A keystore is also useful, if you have to deal with different version of a key. It might necessary to change a key. In this case you need version numbers for a key.

    Kind regards,
    The MIFARE Team
