Mifare Plus S, NDA

Hi Im developing a public transportation ticketing syste.

I start the development using mifare classic (still in development), but now I need to change the system to use Mifare plus S, I would like to have access to the complete datasheet, because the only information I can find is a 20 page document that help me a bit to understand the advantages for mifare plus but its not enought to have an entire knowledge in how to use (write and read and sign in securely) to the tags.

So I read in the forum that we can access after sign in an NDA to the entire documentation, can you help me please?
