How to decode information DESFire EV1 response

I am having an ITSO card of type MIFARE DESFire EV1 (As per given specification in https://www.itso.org.uk/the-specification/specification-resources/publicly-available-specification/ ), and I am successfully reading its information in Byte Array as given below: (Response in HEX)
