How to calculate encrypted data Use 3DES encryption

The above data is from "AN0945 MIFARE DESFire EV1 - Implementation hints and examples (3.4).pdf" document

I use 3DES encrypted CBC mode.
I cannot calculate the encrypted data using the secret key and data.
I can calculate the first 8 bytes, but the following bytes cannot be settled.
