Creating Application

I am using Android Studio and I create a blank activity with the hello world text on it. I compile and send it to my android (Version 6.0.1). All that works and I see the Hello World Text. After that, I add the jar file and follow the instructions for adding it to the build.gradle(Module:app). I then re-build the application, with no errors, and then send it to my phone again. Except this time the app does not start on my phone at all. I have tried this multiple times. Any suggestions?

    Hi Steve,

Unfortunately I do not understand exactly your problem. All what you do is to add the MIFARE library into your project and the app does not start?

As Android developer the Logcat console is a very important tool. If something went wrong, the first thing I do is to study the log about error messages or crashes. Please check your log and you will find a very simple reason for your trouble.

    Kind regards,
