    Hi,

    I accidentally overwrote a trailer block of a Mifare Classic 1K card with "fe 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00". Indeed I can't read the block with the default key. Is it possible to recover that block, or it's garbage?

    Hi Csaba,

    This is one of the security features of the MIFARE Classic. Writing zero bytes to the sector trailer invalidate the sector. There is no valid combination of access condition bits with these values.
