Class 1 antenna design guide

Hello,

We were looking to get a reference design guide file for the Class 1 antenna for the NHS3100.

Can someone please help?

We have reviewed AN11276 and the AN10841 application notes but we could only find design files for Class 4, 5 and 6.

Hi Neel,

For the reader antenna, AN11564 PN7120 Antenna Design and Matching Guide, is a good advice (find links below). For the card coil design, AN10841 MIFARE Plus Card Coil Design, could be helpful. Please take in mind, the real antenna characteristic is considerably determined by the reader case. Is the material of the case metal or plastic, are electronic components near of the reader antenna or not—this are important questions to be answered.
