Android NFC Terminal

Do you recommend any payment terminal (not phone)that maybe used to accept Mifare (Counter/Counter-less) cards. May be some Android GPRS/WiFi terminal

Th project is to create payment application with Mifare cards in a Hand-held POS terminal. Any advice will be desirable

Hi Onyekachi,

MIFARE products are widely used in a lot of transport, ticketing and payment applications. Unfortunately we cannot give advices to dedicated manufacturers here.

An Android device is a good hardware basis for such a terminal, even if it is never used as phone. You should start your investigations at organizations which defines the worldwide standards for contactless payment, e.g.: EMVCo.
