You should have the documents for the MIFARE DESFire EV1 and for MIFARE SAM AV2. We have similar documents for MIFARE DESFire EV2 and for the MIFARE SAM AV3.
In your case you need the following documents:
P5DF081 - MIFARE secure access module SAM AV2 (SAM datasheet)
AN1826 - MIFARE SAM AV2 - For MIFARE DESFire EV1
AN1823 - MIFARE SAM AV2 - Key Management and Personalization
