In the NTAG213 flyer (link below) two part type numbers are given.
NTAG213 Tag Tamper
If you check the product numbers you will find the package and order site:
Direct order site
There is an email address where to get more detailed information:
eco-products@nxp.com
In your case it makes sense to use unpacked tags where the antenna and the protection wire is mounted in your factory.
We here on TapLinx site gives technical support for TapLinx and MIFARE, NTAG and ICODE products. But for special questions of packaging we must hand it over to our distributors who are able to find a package for you which fulfil your needs.
