SL0 and SL1 are accessible in protocol ISO14443-3 and SL3 in protocol ISO14443-4. Please have a look into ANAN10834:
AN10834 - MIFARE ISO/IEC 14443 PICC Selection .
You must check the SAK bit. The table “MIFARE Card Activation examples” on page 7 will help you. It shows the diagram of checking SAK bits in a “decision tree”. I am not the developer of RFIDdiscover, but I am quite sure the guys used this table for the algorithm of determine which MIFARE Plus is on the reader.
