Do you mean “value blocks”? A value block represents an integer and allows it to operate with increment and decrement commands. The value block must be formatted in a special form. You can read about value blocks in the public MIFARE Classic datasheet:

The value block in a MIFARE Plus is the same as in MIFARE Classic.
