If your device does not support NFC by native, then you will not have any NFC support from your device. Then the only way is to use an external USB reader. Here you have to look for such readers which also supports Android via USB interface library. An alternative is a wireless connected reader.
You always have to use the reader library from the reader manufacturer, because all SDKs using the built-in interface (which is not available for you).
