This is not a NXP tool, so, I cannot say anything about it. We have Android tools in Google Play for reading and writing NDEF messages to NXP NFC products (see links below).
You can write your own Android app and use the TapLinx SDK for writing your own data.
Please keep in mind, the MIFARE Classic is not supported by all smartphones! This depends on the capabilities of the NFC reader chip. My recommendation is: install the free of charge app “TagInfo” from Google Play and check, if the MIFARE Classic is detected with your phone. If so, you know the internal reader supports the MIFARE Classic.
