Sorry, no clue what “Mifare Classic Tool (MCT)” is?
You can use all NXP products to write custom data on it! The question is: how much data you want to write and what security do you expect from the tag. Should the communication fully encrypted, should all data on tag secured with a password etc.
Take in mind that the MIFARE Classic must be supported by your particular NFC reader.
