The MIFARE Plus uses the same memory architecture like the MIFARE Classic, except the key A and Key B. In SL3 you have to authenticate with an AES key to get access to the sector. The key value bytes can be used for saving data.
How do you have to implement it, depends on the library you use. Unfortunately nobody can give the ultimate instructions, because the library interface is implemented from vendor to vendor in a different way.
