I'm facing same problem, Normally it's works well but some time if we card remove while reading and writing operation is running then it shows this type of error.
I'm using Arduino IDE 1.6.9 and using library https://github.com/miguelbalboa/rfid
Renke can you tell me how to clear FIFO ?
