I have today published a very simple reading example in another thread (please scroll down to the end):
Trying to read DESFire EV1 Card, requires Authentication
I read two files from a DESFire EV1 as plain files. The example was created with the sample app of the MIFARE SDK Advanced. But there is no encryption, it works also with the Lite SDK.
We continuously improve the software and fixes bugs. Maybe you have an older version of the SDK. Please take care you use the latest version and we talk about the same version.
