The MIFARE SDK supports a software and a hardware keystore. The support of the external reader is discontinued by the manufacturer now.
The MIFARE SDK cannot support a second internal SIM slot, because there is no official supported interface for such device in Android. But you can implement the interface of the second slot by your own and handover the key values to the SDK inside of your app.
