If you are familar with the architecture of the MIFARE DESFire, you will have no problems to use the MIFARE SDK. I recommend to have a look to the sample app, which is enclosed with the SDK. For example you operate with the card representative object (com.nxp.nfclib.desfire.DESFireEV1) in the same way as you know it, e.g.: selectApplication(), readData(), writeData() etc.
