STid has built itself a reputation as the leading high security solution developer by becoming the first RFID manufacturer to receive First Level Security Certification (CSPN1). “This certification is a recognition of our technical expertise and demonstrates our ability to offer innovative solutions based on architectures recognized by independent organizations such as the ANSSI2,” explains Vincent Dupart, Deputy CEO of the French manufacturer.

Architect® readers use the latest contactless chip technologies with new data security mechanisms. They implement public encryption algorithms (TDES, AES, RSA, HMAC-SHA-2, etc.), as recommended by official data security bodies (such as the French national agency ANSSI).

It is in this spirit of innovation that STid is launching Architect®, the first modular range of MIFARE® secure readers that bring together upgradeability and user-friendliness. “By optimizing the design of our readers, we have developed a common RFID core that can be connected to a set of additional modules, such as a keyboard, biometrics or a touch screen. This makes the range upgradeable and perfectly corresponds to the changing needs of our clients,” explains Maé Tholoniat, STid Product Manager.

STid offers a range of customization options to tailor your reader to your corporate image and integrate it fully in its installation environment.

“This range is the result of our experience and the close relationship we have had with our clients and partners for over 15 years. The Architect® concept is a combination of all our developer and user client expectations: reliability, upgradeability and simplicity,” concludes Vincent Dupart.
