MFRC500

The MFRC500 is member of a family of highly integrated reader ICs for contactless communication at 13.56 MHz. The MFRC500 is Pin and Software compatible to the MFRC530, MFRC531 and CLRC632.

The MF RC500 is tailored to fit the requirements of various applications using contactless communication based on ISO/IEC 14443A standard where cost-effectiveness, small size, simple design-in with a single voltage supply are important, e.g. closed payment installations, handheld operation, access management.
