    If I develop a tool for mifare desifre (windows desktop application), do I need to obtain a license from the mifare.net?
    this tool to manage files and personalize DESFire card.

    Hi asukarna,

    Developing your own tool does not need any license. If you want to sell your product you should check for third party components enclosed in your product (e.g.: libraries). If you got material under NDA from NXP you also should check not to enclose parts of this material in your product.
