    We have an in house developed app that will run on a DELL VENUE 11 PRO devices windows 8.1 pro and that have NFC capability.

    Simply, we need to scan Mifare Bracelets from gantner over the tablet NFC designated area and read the UID and do a quick check against an external database to identify Members.

    First is it possible to do that and second How we can achieve that ? any special API is required to do that from your side?

    I just got the DELL VENUE 11 iPRO, and I have to use it the same way, did you finde any way to use the NFC to read MiFare and maby send it also?

    Didn't find a solution yet, hope you did.

    tried to open support case with Dell but no Luck.


    It is so weird that you can find a lot of software on the app store to read the Tag but non to read the UID.

    I hope someone will come and help really....
