Thanks to the developed technology, state-of-the-art machiney and competent workforce, SYSC has produced and supplied hundreds of millions of high quality plastic & smart card to our clients accoss Europe and America in the past decade, and won deserved market reputation. Currently, SYSC owns a monthly capacity for five million smart card of various kinds.
Our cards fulfil the ISO 7810 and 7811 standards and are made of materials of renowned Chinese and European suppliers. The cards can be produced with material of PVC, PET / PETG, ABS or paper and in sizes of ISO credit card, clamshell, keyfob, or customer die cut. In year 2010, flip-chip bonding inlay has been used in producing contactless smart cards, which brings the card with much better RF consistency & reliability than those general cards that are produced with traditional weld bonding inlay.
